Complaints, Or when you just regret your purchase

We think it should be easy to regret and return an item. Therefore, we do everything we can so that you can return your item if you want it. We also want to be very quick to help you if there is something wrong with your order. Because it happens … we are no more than humans 🙂

Right of withdrawal

There is a 30-day right of withdrawal on your order, calculated from the day you receive it.

If you have bought an item that you have regretted, you can of course send it back to us. All orders come with a return form and a prepaid return label that you can use to make it as easy as possible for you.

To avoid errors, please fill in the return form and send it with the return shipment. The costs to use the prepaid return label and the price is deducted from the amount you want to get refunded. You basically have a 30-day right of return. If the toys are a gift, we can extend the right of return to a reasonable extent if you notify us in advance, for example by noting it in the comments field when you place your order. Christmas presents have an extended right of return.

Special goods, e.g. custom-made or custom-made goods, can not be returned.

If you regret part of the purchase

If you have bought several items from us, you can always send one or more of the items in return while you keep some of the others, even if they are purchased in the same order. However, you will not receive the shipping cost again if you return part of your purchase.

We are always happy to exchange the goods if you follow the following:

You can not regret your purchase by simply refusing to accept the product – without having agreed it with us before.

Feel free to fill in and send with the return form that is sent with all orders. It makes the return much easier for us.

Special goods, e.g. custom-made or custom-made goods, can not be returned.

You are responsible for the direct expenses in connection with the return of the item. You are responsible for the product from the delivery of the product, and upon return you are responsible for the product being packed properly. When using the included return label, the amount is deducted from the amount to be repaid.

Once we have received the item, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to ordered goods.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the product has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than was necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties or how it works, you can get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the market value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a reduction in the value of the product.

Refund of the purchase price

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the product has decreased in value due to how it was used, we deduct it from the amount we pay back.

We will refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (this does not apply to extra shipping costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we have received your message that you regret your purchase.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used when ordering, unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can wait with the refund until we have received the item, provided that you have not sent us documentation that you have returned the item.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the warehouse does not receive personal inquiries or messages without it having been agreed in advance with the nordicgizmo.com. Return packages can NOT be delivered to the warehouse in person, but must be sent by post to the above address.

We recommend that returned goods are sent to us as a package. The nordicgizmo.com cannot be held responsible for goods that are sent in return as a letter.

Right of complaint

Customers at the nordicgizmo.com have, in accordance with Swedish Complaints Law, a 2-year warranty period, including manufacturing and material defects that are discovered during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear that have directly or indirectly arisen as a result of incorrect use, lack of maintenance, violence, or unauthorised interference.

Complaints about errors and defects that should be discovered during a regular examination of the product must be notified to the nordicgizmo.com within a reasonable time. A complaint that occurs within two months of the error being discovered is always counted as within a reasonable time. It is your duty to state and in the long run show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, contact the nordicgizmo.com as soon as possible. The item can then be returned for repair, replacement, or by agreement any refund.

If an item is to be returned to the nordicgizmo.com in connection with a complaint, we encourage the nordicgizmo.com to be contacted before the item is returned. In cases where we want the item in return, we will send a prepaid return label that you attach on the outside of the return shipment, or we will arrange for the item to be picked up. If the product is returned on its own account, without it having been agreed with the nordicgizmo.com, the return costs will be reimbursed to a reasonable extent. Also remember to get a receipt for your return shipment so that we can refund the shipping costs.

Transport damage

In the event of damage that occurs during transport, we encourage you to report this to the carrier as soon as possible and also to the nordicgizmo.com. If the order is visibly damaged upon receipt, it is a good idea to either refuse to receive it, or have it added to the delivery note that the goods are received subject to damage due to transport. If you are wondering how to proceed, please contact the nordicgizmo.com. If you discover transport damage after delivery, you must make the nordicgizmo.com aware of this within a reasonable time, if the damage has reduced the value of the goods.

Item returns are also sent to this address. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing to receive the goods (if you have notified us in advance), or by delivering the goods in person with us.

It is not a requirement, but it is helpful for the treatment of the question of whether as complete information as possible accompanies the return shipment, e.g. a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund is to be made, a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.
